All mushroom spore samples sold by Golden Halo Mushroom Spore Company are intended for microscopy and taxonomic research purposes only.

• Our products are not intended for cultivation or consumption.
• The cultivation of psilocybin-containing mushrooms is illegal under United States federal law and in most states.
• Any communication that implies intent to cultivate, harvest, or distribute Psilocybe species will result in immediate order cancellation and denial of future purchases.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that your purchase complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Golden Halo Mushroom Spore Company does not ship Psilocybe Cubensis spores to the following states due to local regulations:
California, Georgia, Idaho, and Florida.

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these restricted states will be automatically canceled and refunded in full.

All sales are final once an order has been placed and processed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Refunds will only be issued in the event an order is placed from a restricted state listed above, or if an item is deemed undeliverable due to a verified shipping issue caused by our company.

We cannot issue refunds for customer error, including incorrect shipping information or misinterpretation of product legality in your jurisdiction.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, labels, or other content on the website are free from typographical or photographic errors.

All images are provided for educational and informational reference only and originate from cultivators and research partners outside the United States.
