Refunds and Returns Policy

At Golden Halo Mushroom Spore Company, we take great care to ensure that all products are accurately described, securely packaged, and shipped in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure all information, including your shipping address, is correct.

The only exception to this policy applies to orders placed from locations where shipment is prohibited by law.
We do not ship Psilocybe Cubensis spores to the following states:
California, Georgia, Idaho, and Florida.

If an order is placed from one of these restricted states, it will be canceled and automatically refunded in full.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy and confirm that you are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding the possession of microscopy spore samples.
